Is shipping free?

Yes, I offer worldwide free shipping! Please note that customs duties may apply depending on your country and are the responsibility of the buyer.

How fast do you ship?

Processing time: I need 3 to 7 business days to prepare your order.
Every piece is handmade by me with intention and care — thank you for your patience!

Estimated delivery times:
→ Canada: 2 to 8 business days
→ USA: 4 to 12 business days
→ International: 6 to 21 business days
These are estimates from the shipping carriers. Delays can happen due to customs, weather, or busy seasons.

Do you accept returns? Can I cancel my order?

All sales are final.
Once you place an order, I start production and materials are used right away. I run a very small business — every piece counts, every resource matters. That’s why I can’t accept cancellations, returns or chargebacks. Thanks for understanding and supporting handmade work.

Can I request a custom size?

Right now, custom sizing is only available in bright aluminum (non-anodized), as I’m currently out of budget for anodized rings — every little resource counts when you’re a small studio! If you need a custom fit, feel free to reach out and I’ll see what’s possible with the materials I have on hand. As LONY grows, I plan to expand size options and offer more made-to-measure pieces over time.

Are your pieces heavy?

Not at all.
I work mainly with aluminum, which is strong, hypoallergenic, and ultra-lightweight. It allows me to craft bold, sculptural designs that make a big statement — with the comfort of an everyday piece. (I wear mine daily, and people recognize me from blocks away!)

Will they tarnish or stain my skin?

• Anodized aluminum (colored or not): super stable — doesn’t oxidize, doesn’t change color over time.

• Bright aluminum (non-anodized): has a thinner protective layer and may lose some shine with the years.

  LONY is a young brand, but I’ve worn mine for months without discoloration.
  Just don’t wear them in water, in steamy bathrooms, or while swimming. Clean gently with the polishing cloth I include in every order.

Are your designs unique?

Absolutely.
Most of the chainmail weaves I use are custom inventions or reinterpretations of historical ones. That means you’re wearing something nearly impossible to find elsewhere. Each piece is personal, bold, collectible — designed and assembled by me, for you.
